Dear Members, As many of you are aware, St. Louis County has issued new guidelines that will go into effect Tuesday, November 17. I want to reassure you that your PALM team has carefully reviewed and considered these changes. Fortunately, the updates will not significantly impact how we are currently operating at PALM Health. Reopening of On-Site Services

Reopening of On-Site Services Great news, PALM members! Your PALM Health team is happy to announce that as of Monday, June 15, we have resumed offering on-site classes and fitness center access for independent workouts and 1:1 personal training. Beginning the same date, we have also expanded our operating hours to 7am-7pm Monday through Friday. The PALM Café is open 9am-6pm for takeout and delivery for the foreseeable future.
